Testimonials

"Dr Knipe has always been very good to me and my cats. All of the staff I have dealt with at Longwood are very nice. I really appreciate how everyone takes the time to explain everything to me."
– Thomas Ralston

“We aren’t regular patients, but they took in our diabetic kitty without hesitation when she began showing signs of ketoacidosis. They were thorough and kind, and they did everything they needed to get her better. Each time we stopped in to visit over her extended stay, she looked more and more like herself. We knew it would be an expensive process, but they kept us informed of her expenses, so we were aware of the cost of each treatment. We are so grateful for the doctors and staff for helping us get our kitty back!”
– Jessie, on Facebook

“I only wish I would get the level of care from my doctor that my dog does at LVC. Great people who love working with animals and it shows in their attitudes.”
– Charles, on Google

“This office had everything our pet needed (x-ray, procedure, medicines). Staff (Dr. Siegfried, Dana, and staff) even stayed late when our pet needed urgent care. Thank you!”
– Ed, on Google

“The doctors and staff at Longwood Veterinary Center are top notch. Our fur babies have been patients there for many years. Their care and expertise keep our kitties healthy and happy.”
– Cindy, on Facebook

"I just wanted to express how wonderful it has been to switch to Longwood Vet. The staff has been a pleasure to work with and are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Siegfried has been an absolute joy! She genuinely cares and listens to my concerns every visit. Unfortunately, after a number of not so great experiences, Bella doesn’t particularly love going to the vet. Dr. Siegfried is always so patient and tries to make it a pleasant experience for her. I think my absolute favorite quality of Dr. Siegfried’s is that she always has a plan and makes sure I am one step ahead with preventatives and medications to help reduce the likelihood of future issues. It has been a such a delight working with Dr. Siegfried this past year and I look forward to many more years with her as our vet."
Thank you!

Can't thank the staff enough for saving our dog's life. We walked in their place with only minutes to spare the Dr's meet me at the door an scooped her up and got to work. Big thanks, we will be bringing our pack over for regular checks.

— Bob Lewis

Every single person at Longwood is friendly, caring, and beyond capable. From the people who work the desk to the vets, my pet and I have received such amazing, compassionate care over the years. I cannot thank them all enough!

Oscar– the Labrador with So Much Life

If you are Dr. Strine’s dog, Oscar, you know her family’s steadfast love and devotion to him goes well beyond stereotypical displays during a Hallmark holiday. He’s as much a rescue dog as can be. And so our story begins. Oscar was just another routine puppy patient nearly 13 years ago. He was an energetic and funny Labrador with poor manners and a huge personality that made it easy to forgive him for his “naughtiness.”
